TRADEdate
Trading dates for Rolfe and Nolan RanSys Users
Users who manually enter dates into the RanSys Calendar file will understand the
time spent and potential for error in maintaining this part of the system which
interacts with other processes including settlement, margins and expiry reports,
where correct dates are essential.
TRADEdate reduces this risk by providing date information from our validated database
and then collating and checking Date information from the instruments set up within
RanSys and pre-formatting this data for straight through processing via a Rolfe and
Nolan interface.
Considerable benefits to the user from using TRADEdate include a reduction in man-hours
needed to maintain the Calendar function and the accuracy of trading date information.
For Facilities Managed and Bureau users, a replacement file is sent to Rolfe and Nolan
directly and for In-House users the update file is sent out each month, thus ensuring
that all dates within your system are kept as current as possible. If a contract date
changes in the current month, before a new file is to be issued then we provide notification
of that change via Fax or e-mail.
